Sourdough Waffles

Sourdough Waffles 🧇

 

Based on 230 grams of flour.

Formula produces about 3 large waffles.

Takes 20 minutes from start to finish. 

 

We LOVE waffles, especially when we top these off with warm butter, maple syrup & fresh strawberries. Go crazy with the whipped cream if you want!

Steps

 

  • Turn on waffle Iron to allow to warm. Set to middle temperature to start. Increase as needed.
  • Mix all ingredients except flour and melted butter in a large bowl. 
  • Mix flour into bowl, then pour melted butter on top. 
  • Stir everything together into a thick wet consistency. Stir out any and all lumps. 
  • Place wet dough into hot waffle iron
  • Allow to bake for 2-5 minutes or until light brown on the inside and fully cooked on the inside. 

 Top these off with warm butter, maple syrup & fresh strawberries. Go crazy with the whipped cream if you want!
